The universe varies from item to item within the database files, e.g., all persons, all housing units, all local governments, etc.
All data from censuses, surveys and administrative records are subject to errors due to a number of factors: sampling variability, reporting errors in data for individual units, incomplete coverage, nonresponse, imputations, and processing errors. This may be from rounding of the data or the total may include values that could not be allocated to lower geographic levels shown.
